Under the shade of the forested mountain Itamos and across Diaporos Island and the group of small islands that surrounds it, you will find Vourvourou the secret paradise of Chalkidiki. Amidst a garden of 4000m, a two-storey maisonette of 120sq.m. and a ground-floor villa of 110sq.m offer the comforts of a fully equipped, spacious and beautifully decorated house. In the garden guests will find a playground (kid swings and a slide), a basketball court (with one hoop), private BBQ facilities and separate private parking space for each villa. The house is located near the beach (approximately 350m) but guests can also visit the wonderful beaches of Fava (1.5km), Karydi (1km), Lagonisi (6km), Trani Ammouda (7km). You can also rent a boat to visit Diaporos and its surrounding islands and swim in its crystal clear waters. Fish taverns, restaurants, super-markets and bars are within 200-400m. The house is 7km away from the small port Ormos Panagias, where cruise boats depart to Mount Athos on a daily basis. The picturesque village Agios Nikolaos is within 10km, while Nikiti is 16km away and the airport of Thessaloniki is located 103km from the property.
The Maisonette has 2 large perimetrical balconies overlooking the small islands of Vourvourou and Mount Athos as well as of the forested mountain (Itamos). The maisonette can accommodate 8 adults; a kids’ bed, a kids’ highchair and a baby cot are available upon request. On the 1st floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 with 1 double bed each, and 1 with 2 single beds) and a bathroom. Sorry, but no pets allowed.

The ground-floor villa has one large perimetrical balcony overlooking the garden from one side and the mountain from the other. Inside the Villa you will find a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen,2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. In each of the 3 bedrooms there is a double bed and in the 3rd bedroom there are 2 single beds. It can accommodate 8 adults; a kids’ bed, a kids’ highchair and a baby cot are available upon request.
